I’m normally apposed to people wasting their hard earned cash on the lottery, but I’m fully behind the RIC FLAIR SCRATCH-OFF GAME. This is amazing!  I would gladly throw away a few bucks a week at the chance to become a limousine riding, jet flying, kiss stealing, wheeling-dealing, son of a gun!
